- Kira Dietz

I can help with general inquiries about Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA); archival/primary source research; reference assistance in our collecting areas; reference, instruction, and outreach related to food & drink history materials in particular; and special collections/archives general instruction or outreach requests or opportunities. I am also available for discussing donations to SCUA, consulting on archives or archives-related digital projects, and consulting on SCUA's involvement in projects relating to the 150th anniversary of the university!

During Fall 2021 and Spring 2022, I am available to meet either in-person or via Zoom. If you select "Newman Library" to book an appointment, I will meet you at the reference desk in SCUA on the first floor of Newman Library. If you select "Online," your confirmation email will have a Zoom link for a virtual meeting. If you would prefer to meet virtually with another tool (Google Meet, Teams, or Skype), please select the "Online" option and let me know your preference--I will contact you with a link. Please select whatever meeting method makes you most comfortable and feel free to contact me ( with any questions you may have about in-person meeting logistics!

Please note: If you are meeting with me in-person, all visitors to SCUA are kindly asked to comply with the university's current mask policies (available online).
