I can help with general inquiries about Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA); archival/primary source research; reference assistance for our collecting areas (but especially food & drink history); and special collections/archives instruction or outreach requests or opportunities. I am also available for discussing donations to SCUA, and consulting on archives or archives-related projects (analog, digital, metadata, etc.)!
I am available to meet either in-person or via Zoom. If you select "Newman Library" to book an appointment, I will meet you at the reference desk in SCUA on the first floor of Newman Library. In addition, while I do have a standing reference desk shift on Thursday mornings, I can usually meet in-person after 8:30 (it isn't possible for me to meet online while staffing the desk). Those times do not show up as available on my calendar, but you can contact me directly to schedule something. If you select "Online" as your location, your confirmation email will have a Zoom link for a virtual meeting. If you would prefer to meet virtually with another tool (Google Meet, Teams, or Webex), please select the "Online" option and let me know your preference--I will contact you for details.
