Food History Open House in Special Collections and University Archives
On Thursday, October 24, from 5:15-6:45p, Special Collections and University Archives, with support from the Food Studies Program, will be hosting a Food History Open House! Come learn about the kinds of food and drink history related materials we have in our collections: Flip through a cookbook, peruse an old appliance manual, read a food history-related letter, and maybe even play a historic food board game?
We'll be there to answer your questions, share some resources for research, and maybe even hand out some swag. We will have snacks (safely removed from collection materials), too!
Unfortunately, we can't offer this event in hybrid format, but we do have a wide variety of online resources and digitized primary sources relating to our food & drink history collection. If you'd like to learn more, you can check out:

- Our digitized collections
