The Professional Development Committee is excited to be partnering with Inga Haugen for a two-hour workshop that will include a demonstration and tips on extending the life of your clothes by adding pockets, reattaching buttons, patching, and mending.
Bring your questions and an item you’d like guidance on altering! Attendance will be limited to 20 participants, so remember to register to reserve your spot. Some needles, thread, and scissors will be on hand to use during the event. Additionally, some fabric to be used for repair, mending, pockets will be available. If you have any of these resources, please bring them to increase the utility of our time together. If you don't have any of these things, nor feel comfortable bringing a specific fabric item, you are welcome to come and learn.
