 be taking another look at the Hauser Institute of New York. (Bengamin) 
 Gayelord Hauser was a food scientist in the 1920s who published booklets 
 and broadsides pertaining to food science and diet culture at the Hauser 
 Institute of New York City. Hauser's booklets contain pseudoscientific
