How to Spot AI-Generated Images

How to Spot AI-Generated Images

Spotting fake images and other kinds of misinformation is becoming increasingly difficult. In this workshop, we’ll practice strategies for dealing with questionable content by moving beyond how that content looks. We’ll also discuss common challenges for identifying credible digital media, for learners and for ourselves. This workshop is designed for faculty, staff, and graduate students who want to develop their own skills, or instructors interested in incorporating fact-checking activities into the classroom.

This workshop will be held in-person at the TLOS offices at University Mall (2104). Faculty, if you would like to receive Professional Development Network credit, please register here: https://profdev.tlos.vt.edu/browse/teachingandlearning/courses/lib169-101624
