Open and Reproducible Research with the Open Science Framework

Open and Reproducible Research with the Open Science Framework

This workshop, developed by the Center for Open Science, is designed to expand awareness of issues relating to the reproducibility of research and improve the ability of individuals, lab groups, and institutions to use the Open Science Framework to manage research workflows, collaborate with team members, and increase the visibility of their research. It is relevant across disciplines, and you do not need any specific expertise or skills to participate.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe how open and reproducible research practices can promote efficiency, increase confidence in one’s results, combat publication bias, and advance scientific knowledge
  • Understand emerging incentives for open and reproducible research practices
  • Create a collaborative project on OSF and customize it to meet their needs
