Archival Adventures: Hauser Institute of New York - Part 2
Who doesn't love a call-back? This week ArchivistAnthony will be taking another look at the Hauser Institute of New York. (Bengamin) Gayelord Hauser was a food scientist in the 1920s who published booklets and broadsides pertaining to food science and diet culture at the Hauser Institute of New York City. Hauser's booklets contain pseudoscientific instructions related to health and nutrition.
