Archival Adventures: Kitchen Equipment Collection
This week, we’re cooking up an adventure with an amuse-bouche of the Kitchen Equipment Collection! We’ll get a taste of some historical housewares, kitchen appliances, kitchen accessories and designs, ranges, stoves, ovens, and more! The collection spans from 1847 to 2003. A main ingredient of items from the United States is seasoned with a sprinkling of materials from Canada, England, France, Germany, and Spain.
