It's time for an adventure! Fly into this week’s Archival Adventures as Archivist Anthony looks at the Robert Eldred Taylor Papers. Taylor was a pilot in the United States Army Air Corps Reserves but was initially disqualified from Aviation Cadet Training due to being color blind. After being sent to Miami to fly with Pan American World Airways as a co-pilot in the Latin America Division and later being denied deferment for Selective Service, Taylor stood before the board in 1945 to be recalled to active service.
